PETROF - metal parts production plant

The Petrof metal parts production plant produces a wide range of metal piano parts (see PETROF- components) made from steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel. A large number of this parts is surfaced to high gloss. Thanks to longtime experience with a production of these parts, Petrof is able to satisfy the demands on other custom-made parts.

PETROF engineering workshop

The Petrof engineering plant is engaged not only in service for all Petrof plants but it also works on special orders for external customers in three ranges:

a) Maintainance of machines and production of varied equipment:

Production of various patterns, instruments, gauges, presses, welding of cast iron plates. Maintainance and repairs of the machines, palettes and trucks. Elimination of machines breakdowns, general repairs, locksmith works, repairs of compressed air means, repairs of hydraulic means, constructions welding, sheetmetal works, fork lift works, removal and grounding of machines, heating works (fire-rooms, dry kilns, temperature regulation), plumbing works (water, WC, shower bathes), regulating and regime setting of compressors, repairs of sewerage and hydrants.

b) Machining shop:

Machinig shop offers following works:
Turning work, routing, flat grinding, round grinding, tools grinding, band-saw grinding, circular saw grinding, grinding and adjustment of replaceable blades, welding and soldering of saw teeth, production of custom-made drills, metal heat treatment – hardening, annealing, tempering, etc., production of dies, shearing tools and formers without delivered mechanical drawings, tools repairs.

c) Electrotechnic workshop:

Electrotechnical workshop offers following works:
Repairs of electric machines, automatic lines and paintshops, preventive inspections of machines of I. and II. category, preventive inspections of buildings, lighting repairs and installation, repairs of electrical power networks, telephones, electronic fire alarm systems, repairs of fax machines, copy devices, printers, maintainance of high-tension distribution points, electronics works, repairs of digital equipment and CNC machines, adaptation of NC machines programmes, repairs of electric hand tools and appliances, business machines, revisions of hand tools.
